Policies for Clinical Focus Massage LLC

The client and/ or the employee may end the session at any point due to an uncomfortable situation.  If employee is ending the session full payment will still be required and the client will no longer see attending C-LMT

To schedule an appointment a credit or debt card is required.  A deposit of $25 is made to hold the appointment time. $25 credit is than applied to the bill upon check out.  *Please see cancellation policy 

Please arrive 5-15 minutes early.  Your appointment starts at the scheduled time, and will end at the scheduled time.  This ensures that everyone gets every minute that they should.  Thank you for understanding.

We believe that self-care should be available for everyone regardless of income.  With our sliding scale program this is now possible for low income households to get up to 60% off at all times upon presenting Snap card.  Also non-profit work available for events- buildable gazebo, chairs, LMT, and lotions provided. 

Accommodations are made for children.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.

We respectfully request 24 hours for any cancellation.  If under the 24 hour time frame the $25 deposit will be forfeited. In the event that we can not charge the card on file an invoice will be mailed out with booking privileges suspended until past due balance is paid.

 Please keep in mind that all gift certificates and packages are unavailable for a refund. As well as the $25 fee enforced for all, it is removed from the gift certificate amount.  Thank you for understanding that these policies are for everyone regardless of payment.
